Prim Yun Chun is an architect with extensive experience in both large-scale projects and custom detailing. She excels at translating design concepts into buildable solutions, driven by a deep understanding of detail and craftsmanship. Her core belief — “Logic makes the design possible; details make the experience complete” — guides her approach from concept to realization.
Previously with SOM , Morphosis , and M Royce Architecture , Prim has worked on international projects such as the Oceanarium and Coral Farm in Saudi Arabia , high-rise developments in Chicago, and the Sinochem Headquarters in Xiong’an . She has strong experience in collaborating with manufacturers for custom furniture and non-standard components, ensuring design intent is accurately expressed through materiality and construction.
Based in California, she has focused on residential and restaurant projects, gain-ing expertise in building codes and permitting. Her project “Kodo” received the AIA Restaurant Design Award and the People’s Choice Award .
Currently based in Los Angeles , Prim focuses on urban renewal and residential practice, exploring the balance between modern construction and everyday spatial experience.

Qiwei is a designer working across architecture and landscape, with a strong focus on human-centered spatial experiences. He is dedicated to exploring the balance between scale, culture, and environment, advocating a design philosophy of “rooted in humanity, seeking the beauty of balance between scale, culture, and environ-ment.” As the driving force behind the team’s core design philosophy, he consistent-ly integrates this vision into his work.
Together with his partner Prim Yang, Qiwei worked at SOM’s Chicago headquarters, contributing to several world-class landmark projects, including the Oceanarium and Coral Farm—the world’s largest oceanarium in Saudi Arabia—and Central Place Sydney in the city’s CBD. In the residential field, he has served as a senior architec-tural designer for the renovation of iconic mid-century modern houses such as Elrod House, Spindrift House, and Sandcastle House.
Qiwei’s work has received 17 international design awards, spanning urban design, architecture, and landscape.
Now based in Hollywood, Los Angeles, he focuses on integrating contemporary de-sign language into urban regeneration and residential projects, continuously explor-ing the profound dialogue between human living, environment, and history.

Joe is an architect with a global perspective and local commitment. He has led design teams, coordinated consultants, and overseen project delivery across education, transport, and urban renewal. His philosophy: “architecture must be rooted in culture and place, while addressing contemporary life with a future-oriented mindset.”
Representative works include Xinghu School, Dali High-Speed Rail Station, and the Jiefangbei–Chaotianmen renewal, awarded both the Golden Tile Award and Shenzhen Global Design Award. Beyond practice, he explores AI and parametric design, and currently manages projects from Shanghai metro facilities to schools and housing.
Beyond practice, Joe experiments with AI and parametric design through competitions and cross-disciplinary collaborations. Currently, he is leading projects including Shanghai metro facilities, school and residential works, while continuing to explore how architecture can “gently embed itself into daily life and the spirit of its time.”
